Managing four different Google accounts is eating your day

If you run a local business, you already know the routine: log into your Google Business Profile to answer a review, hop into Google Ads to see your budget, and then open another tab for YouTube or Merchant Center. It's clunky, annoying, and eats up time you don't have.

Google is finally testing a fix called Google Business Home.

It connects your core Google tools into a single, AI-powered hub driven by Gemini models. Instead of logging into separate platforms, you can update location details, answer customer reviews, and check ad performance in one spot. It can even spot local demand surges and suggest seasonal offers to run.

The catch? It's currently in a closed, invite-only beta restricted to US and UK businesses with fewer than 10 locations. You can't manually opt in just yet, but Google is clearly moving toward making business admin much simpler.

Would having all your Google platforms under one roof actually save you time each week?
